Education means helping people to learn how to do things and support them to think about what they learn. There are three main types of education, namely Formal, Informal and Non-formal.
Formal education is delivered by trained teachers in a systematic intentional way within a school, higher education or university.
Informal education occurs outside of a structured curriculum. Informal learning refers to learning that occurs away from a structured, formal classroom environment. Informal learning comes in many forms, including viewing videos, self-study, reading articles, coaching sessions, and games.
Non-formal education refers to education that occurs outside the formal school system. It refers to any planned program of personal and social. Non-formal education is designed to enhance the range of skills, abilities, aptitudes and competencies, outside the formal educational curriculum and institution.
The defining characteristic of non-formal education is that it is an addition, alternative and/or a complement to formal education within the process of the lifelong learning of individuals. It is often provided to guarantee the right of access to education for all.
From the above factors, “UNIVERSAL EDUCATION” gives non formal training programs and conducting courses but within some kind of organizational framework. The aim of UNIVERSAL EDUCATION is certifying the human ability, skill, knowledge and qualification to match their interest, need, profession and business.
